BT's customer relations are having a tough time competing with ISIS'.

Unless you have acess to BT Infinity, BT is the worst company that manage to crawl out of a crack on the Earth's surface from hell. The customer service workers are trained to make sure the conversation goes in circles so i seems like they are helping you, but in reality the are wasting you time and insulting you intelligence. Slow internet speed? Not getting what you paid for? Don't worry! BT with throttle you internet speed for 3 days then it will go back to the absolute peice of ♥♥♥♥ our service is, but its masked up because we will just do it again next time you call! BT drag you into a false sense of security by giving you deals, providing unbeatable prices and internet speeds, but once they've reeled you in and got you in a contract, BOOM, you're just seen as another miniscule source of money in their corperate empire. The value in customer service? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that, why do that when we can just put people in a contract! After all who else are they going to go to? Talk-talk? HA! BT are currently developing 1 Terabit/s speed in London, When 46% of the UK don't even have Optic Fibre yet! Priorities. The UK service board has gave a grant and enforce that by 2020 90% of the UK MUST have Optic Fiber. Thats was in 2014. What have BT done? Zoned. Like that is going to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ help! I don't think you need to zone for a green ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ box that already exists! Worst of all, all of their zoning has been done for 2016. Not only are they wasting money and time on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ "zoning" but their missing out on fantastic business opportunities, in todays work, have internet access is essential for survival and competing with simular businesses, 5 years ago having an online service was what made businesses stand out and preform better, it gave them a competitive advantage against other companies. Nowadays business will just scrape along making hardly any profit without this, (with some exceptions). Small businesses in smaller towns are being affected by this with extremly slow internet speeds. Who's fault it this? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BT! Not only is it affecting leasure, which is less important, but it is causing businesses to have to move in order to get better internet service. With them moving they could lose their target auidence and left to go into liquidation, causing debt and bankruptcy. They are affecting the nations economy. And that is why the reccesion is BT's fault.
