After 30 years with Sky broadband has been not working since June 2024 and the last 12 months the service has been intermittent; so useless.
Keep telling you line fixed on a weekly basis but another lie, it never is.
You ask for a full monthly refund and they can’t do this because they then tell you they have to pay Openreach a percentage. My contract is with Sky not Openreach so a complete con; like thieves in the night. Rubbish service now.
Customer service is only interested in a 10 on their service; service is rubbish. Good riddance.
