The Azgad Militia was raised from the village of Azgad to defend the Great City of Praven. Which was under siege by the Nordic invaders in the 18th month of the Calradic Campaign. At this battle, the Militia held in a shield wall to defend the Docks. Despite numerous attempts, the horsemen of the northern tribes were unable to break through the line of Militia, and were forced to retreat, winning the day for the Swadians. The Militia was then recognized by the King, and was invited to feast with him in the halls that they defended.
