The City State of Athens

The City State of Athens is a Roleplaying group based on Classical Athens. The group features Direct Democracy with Limited Citizenship since that is historically acurate.

As we are a Direct Democracy it means that the normal members of the group make the decisions not the admins; for this to work we need lots of active members.

To remind the people that there is a vote on, the admins will post an anoucement/event with the words 'red rope' this is a reference to Athenian Society when those who were late would get hit by a rope painted red as a punishment.
