CS:GO Team

So guys, we got a name, tag, group, etc. What we don't have is any sort of training lined up. Me and Andrew (trashy) were talking about this a little bit last night. I mentioned that it sucks how our schedules overlap in weird ways. It is hard for us to get a full 5 man Q on comp during the weekdays. A solution to this was thought of, and it sort of kills 2 birds with 1 stone.

During the weekdays, we thought it would be best to to train as much as possible, while maybe getting a few comps in to keep ranks up to par. On the weekends, we go all in on comp matches. I've been thinking of some important things that have yet to be established. We have not OFFICIALLY declared roles. Simple roles for T side have somewhat been claimed, but what about CT?

So, there is the most important, 2 B, 2 A, 1 Mid strat. That's obvious. But we need to set up dedicated A and B groups. Find out who works best together where, and this may vary on different maps. Once this is figured out, those groups need to split into roles. An Anchor, and a player who rotates when the other site is in trouble. The rotating role is self explanatory, but to anchor properly, we need some training. Figure out the best angles to hold, when to peek, how to use your nades as little as possible (to help you stave off a late push), and how to read into the enemies nades. The player who is the rotater, should always use his nades to hold off the rush push so the anchor can save

Accuracy training and everything is more of a personal thing. I don't think we need to get together for that unless you guys want that. I may post some useful aim, recoil, and reaction training if requested. We need to train a ton of things, but this is what we should take on first. I will talk to you all about this later, but since I doubt I will be on today, and who knows how long I'll be on tomorrow, I figured I would post this. Primarily so Andrew can go over this stuff with you guys.

I really want to get training and recruiting on a wider scale so we can start to play a LOT better, and a lot more.
