I may even find that book that my Papa made in the movie and open it up. I already miss my friends! Hahaa! Ahh, i'm such a crack up, aren't I?
Or should I say, a riot! Maybe i'm even better then that, ahem, 'Bill Cipher'! Hahahahaa! I've also got some rules that you must follow. Don't whine about it!
Rule 1: No whining about theses rules.

A question for Slappy: When I was a child you used to play toys with me, laugh with me.. We even enjoyed the same meal my mother made us every morning. Until one I was just 15 years old you left us, you said "I can do better, I want to be an actor". I supported you but you never came back, you never answered our calls. So why. Why did you leave us Slappy... Why?..

I don't know what I did! I was just telling Bill how you should be nice to people and the positive effects it will produce, but then he started acting weird just go to the Bill Cipher Fan Group and go to announcements then find the one about a Bill Cipher quiz. You'll see.
