Good morning, i have decided that we have need of a dedicated and highly motivated "Sniper" for our operations.


Requirements:
Ability to use Comms and remember calls-signs correctly, with the ability to quickly send over information to Sections inside of the same AO. This needs to be Simple And Clear instructions.

This Operator must be able to hit the target 90% of the time and have very good awareness of the OA as the combat unfolds.

You Must be able to Operate alone & Alongside the Fireteam elements, sometimes you will deployed before the main combat element to scout targets and report it back to Crossroads, you must also be willing to act as a highly trained Designated Marksman inside of a fireteam when the long-range sniper isent required.

IF you are selected to become a sniper, you will be expected to train with crossroads atleast once a week, to allow you to grow and increase your knowledge.

IF you are denied the chance to become a sniper, do not take it personally as there will be other chances in the future.
