This is a group for my MLGmod Server for the latest updates and changes going to the server.

What is MLGmod, you might ask.

MLGmod is a fast paced team deathmatch gamemode, with montage parodies as it's theme.
I know some people won't like the montage parodies theme and that's understandable!
But it's a load of fun for most.

Features:
- Server is on a 1GBPS uplink connection, very low latency! (Based in Ontario, Canada)
- Streamed music; you won't hear the same songs twice!
- Loadout menu.
- Custom hitmarkers.
- Animations system.
- Unique dual points system.
- Unique score system.
- Cherry picked maps.
- Custom scoreboard.
- No annoying admins.
- No pay2win.
- Spy's Firearms: Source 2.0 Alpha weapons.
And many other stuff... (spawn protection, health regeneration, vote map menu, headshot detection...)

About the gameplay:
If anyone here got to play DooM 1&2 ports, MLGmod feels much more like them than a modern shooter. (RGA2 anyone?)
You move fast, and that is your main defense - being agile.

Dual points system:
There are two kinds of points - regular points and skill points.
For each kill you always get 50 regular points.
For each kill the skill points you earn depends on which weapons you and your victim had.
If you had a weaker weapon than you get more skill points, and if you had a stronger weapon you get less skill points.

Score:
Your round score is equal to the amount of skill points you earned in that round.
The player with the highest score wins the round.

Installation
============
Extract the "mlgmod" folder into your Garry's Mod gamemodes folder.
(example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod\gamemodes\mlgmod)

Place the materials and models folders inside the "mlgmod" folder inside garrysmod/garrysmod so you don't get purple and black textures.

New maps are located at the bottom of the addons collection found here

Two new maps are now on the server, mu_fort and the classic HL2:DM map, dm_wtc_singe_v8.

P.S. I added in more M9K weapons like the Intervention to give the game more of a calladooty feel
