Onward, Voluntarily!

We are a free anarcho-syndicalist regiment for Mount and Blade and possibly will spread to other games, if we all want to. We are the antithesis of statist regiments who order their men around as if they are above them. We will seize the means of production and liberate the oppressed workers, breaking their chains, for that is all they have to lose.

We operate in battle according to a very simple strategy: do what you want, if you want to. If you don't want to do what you want, then report to your local volunteer militia officer of the day.

Just ask to be a voluntary officer and you will probably be approved. We'll have a discussion board just for requesting to be an officer and another for saying who is and is not an officer.
