Make this the biggest group in Oz!!

The growth of this group has been quite low (nobody) for quite a while and I was looking at the group today and thought it needed to go somewhere or it would be useless to have. Therefore I have made the group a public group and revised the rules so it is public friendly. Hope you all enjoy, if you don't, feel free to complain, I take all complaints seriously and into account. (needless to say I havent gotten any yet haha) xD
