ACSAR is a team of military units that risk their lives trying to save those who are in need, such as wounded soldiers, outnumbered soldiers, civilians, etc. The ACSAR team is required to be comitted, and is required to know at least the basics in medical assistance. All ACSAR Are part of the NATO Forces.
