Angmar's Claim

Arthus, King of Angmar hereby lays claim to the lands of the former kingdom of Rhudaur. All those living on said land must obey to the laws of Angmar from this time forth. All local governments will remain unaltered and in control of their current governance. The king sees that there is no need to change the lives of those living in the lands. An army of Angmar will be stationed in camps around the borders of Rhudaur, however they are not to move outside Angmar's lands, and will not inflict any sort of damage or fear among the residence of the surrounding area.

The Orc Invasion of Trollshaw

For sometime, the elves have been seen expanding in trollshaw trying to open a route through the mountains to the anduin. The orcs have realised that and are gathering forces. Elves are meeting more orcs than usual and bloody skirmishes are taking place. But the most frightening is that a new breed of orcs have been spotted by the elves. Something is ill, someone is commanding these orcs and co-ordinating assaults. There are suspicions that there is going to be a great gathering of orcs. The orcs had not been this organised since the Witch-King's retreat. The only Orc Kingdom of Goblin Town seems quiet though, but there is a great movements of orcs near Zagh Kala, as reported by Elven scouts. This may just be the begining of something much worse.
