An open world survival RPG gamemode

NOTE: This gamemode is in late beta stage and is being actively developed.

Features include:

Levelling and perks: players can gain levels via various means and spend their upgrade points on over a dozen different perks to make themselves stronger and more efficient at surviving.

Extensive number of items, guns and gear to be found and used.

Dangerous nextbot zombies that come in many different types and have many different abilities ranging from smashing doors in to buffing nearby zombies to flinging projectiles and spawning minions.

Custom coded building system lets you build large bases quickly and without any of the usual lag that comes with having large numbers of prop_physics and welds/constrains etc. It also makes propkilling utterly impossible so all you need is a decent anticheat to enjoy a mingebag free environment.

Events system that constantly shakes things up and keeps the gamemode interesting. From weather patterns to air drops to boss monsters, no two days will be the same. (Disclaimer: only the tyrant boss event works in this version, more events coming soon)

Loot caches that are spawned around the world in relatively hidden locations, forcing players away from the usual predictable farming spots to find rare items that aren't sold by the traders.

PVP/Raiding stystem: Tired of killing zombies? searching for loot giving you a headache? join a faction and start blasting people and raiding bases! PVP is designed to be a gamble, if you win then the payouts can be great, if you get slaughtered and your base destroyed then you can be down a fair bit of cash.
