The Taishou division is made up of a branch ranking system; Which in order Highest to lowest consists of:

Admiral: Top three entrusted to the leader, Ewan

Vice Admiral: Top 10 Best players of the group, best shooters, prop killers etc etc.

Fleet officer: Those recomended by the vice admirals, To guide the lower ranked players.

Marine: The lowest of the group, those who are looking for a clan, (not very good at shooters etc etc).
