FTD Admins only

Hello FTD Admins,

Recently it has come to my attention that many people are breaking the
rules on the servers, and the admins are letting a lot of things slide. Due
to the large number of complaints and invalid bans, I have taken the time
to revise our servers rules to be more current, clear, and meet popular
demand. In addition I have created a "Server Administration Policy", which
simply states the server admins responsibilities and steps they should take
to deal with common situations. Now having a defined method for dealing
with situation such as spammers for example, admins will know how best to
respond, and players will know what to expect admins to do so that there is
no complaints are bad judgement as to how an admin dealt with a situation.

All admins are required to read and enforce the new Rules and Server
Administration Policies.

The rules have been added to the navigation bar on the website, and a new
short link has been added for them. FTDGamers.com/rules
The rules and server administration policies can also be viewed in game by
typing "motd".

These rules and policies are new and subject to change, and it is the
player and admins responsibility to keep up to date on the latest changes.

I ask that admins please start using their powers to enforce the rules, and
follow the guidelines of the Server Administration Policy to do so. We have
been very laid back on server rules recently, and I think it is necessary
to be strong and strict with the rules now that we have taken the step to
update them.
