These gaming servers and support have allowed others of all backgrounds to learn certain skills where applicable such as Chat Moderation, People Skills, IT, & Development, Administration, Presentation, Graphic Design and Editing, Social Media & Team Work, even enabling others to branch freely from the team and have our support.
