Rules: Earth and Mars are considered High Security Space (Meaning Neutral Ground for all) Turrets and other means of weaponry should be turned off while inside High Security Space. Aggressing another faction while in Neutral Space is only allowed if you are at War with a Faction. If attacking a Neutral faction you will be able to be attacked freely by every faction in the Galaxy.

Alien Planet is Considered Null Security (Meaning Free For All) You are allowed to attack anyone on and around the Alien Planet even close Asteroids.
