This Steam group is a workaround to fix the broken clan roster in Destiny 2. Join the group and click 'Enter Chat' on the right over here ---->

That's all, you don't need to actually use the chat. D2 should now think you're in contact with everyone in the group and they will appear in the clan roster if they are online.*

*Apparently even this doesn't even work sometimes, but it's worth a shot.
