These mods help to improve the playability, realism, and enjoyment of the game. In order to ensure that everyone has the same experience, everyone playing with us is required to download and run these mods. Below is a link to each mod used by AZE and a link to their pages. I recommend giving them a read!

To make life easier, here is a link to the AZE Mod Pack. However, keep in mind that it does not have JSRS 2.1. You must download that yourself.

Community Base Addons A3 ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]
Community Base Addons offers a set of features to modders and mission makers to extend ARMA's capabilities as well as ensure compatibility across multiple mods. Almost every single mod for ARMA needs CBA.

ASDG_JR ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]
Extends the functionality of TMR. Adds usable bipods to the game.

ASR AI A3 ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]
Enhances both friendly and enemy AI. Allows them to be significantly more aware of their environment, use weapons to their full capabilities, as well as scale their skills according to their rank and training.

Bad Benson Mid-range Textures ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]
Simply makes distant textures look prettier.

Blastcore A3 ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]
A mod that enhances many effects in ARMA3 and then some. Explosion and tracers will look better, and explosion and smoke behavior is modified to allow for ammo cook off and line of sight blocking.

JSRS 2.1 ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]

An extensive sound mod that significantly improves the audio of ARMA3. it replaces nearly every sound, and then some, adding scripts for distance, environment, and occlusion. This mod is HUGE, coming at 2 gb. As a result, it is not included in the AZE mod pack and must be downloaded separately.

ShackTac Fireteam HUD (STHUD) and Group Indicators (STGI) ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]
A mod that adds an extra GUI element on the bottom of the screen to allow you to keep track of your fellow squadmates. Simulates peripheral vision and environmental awareness you would have in real life. Very useful.

TMR Taosenai Modular Realism ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]
Improves several aspects to ARMA 3, such as allowing you to rest weapons, deploy bipods, better scopes, and other such improvements.

TPWCAS A3 BIForum[forums.bistudio.com]
ARMA 3's AI has no default supression behavior. This mod changes that. With it, AI can be supressed, hitting the ground and looking for cover when being fired upon. This mod plays very well with ASR AI and allows for much more tactical and interesting engagements.

WW AICOVER ARMAHolic[www.armaholic.com]
A simple mod that places AI in "aware" mode when they hear gunfire. It might be rendered redundant with the improvements in ASR AI, but it will be kept until proven otherwise. Helps to make the AI more environmentally aware.
