NATO is a competitively minded virtual online squadron currently centered around ArmA 3. NATO is composed of International members. We are predominantly squadron with a heavy emphasis on team coordinated tactics. We do not worry much about candidates’ initial skill level and focus instead on their personality and how well they mesh with the group and its goals.
