Download Mumble @ http://www.mumble.info and install.

Then start up mumble and go thru the wizard. On the server list, click "Add New", and enter "67.23.187.114" for the address and "20198" for the port. Enter in your username, and enter whatever you want for the Label. Then select it in the server list and click "Connect"

Once connected, click on Configure, then Settings. Under audio input, make sure your transmit is set to Push To Talk if that is what you wish to use. Then click on Shortcuts. Once in there, click on Add. Change the function to Push-To-Talk and assign the button you wish to use for it. Then click on Apply.

Under audio output, uncheck positional audio. Change Attenuate Applications by... to 0%. This lowers the volume of your game and other programs when someone is talking on the mic. 0% is disabling this function. If you wish to change this, feel free to test out the different values.

Now click on Overlay and configure the overlay to your preferences. I have mine set to show only the people talking, but your preference may vary.
