What IS It?

This Bill outlaws Footage of gaming and other copyrighted works to be put on the Internet. The punishment is major fines, (up to 2500 I belive) or Jail Time (Up to 5 years).

This outlaws PoM, Machinima, JosefvStalin and many more videogame commentators and recorders of tournements.
