under filters just select <all> under location when browsing servers

Server browser is broken. You can still find servers here and connect ip : http://www.game-monitor.com/GameSearch/ahl22/AHL2_Deathmatch.html

I found servers, just with no people in them. I only find one other person playing on the servers, but my latency was just too bad to play.

there are servers for this mod,you might check for your serverbrowser filter settings if the max latency is indulgent enough,and eventually make sure you have AHL2 v2 properly installed aswell as the two available patches
