Everyone knows I'm not normal, so I try to be lenient on jokes and whatnot. I don't know what has been in the water lately or if the heat is getting to people, but there has been a trend of people acting like ass hats lately. Stop. Get some help.
Everyone has bad days, but lets just try to have fun. This all started with people zapping each other and squealing laughing. Mostly Krazy Boo who was going bonkers. There's over 400 of us now and not 20, so there are going to be inside jokes and other colloquial idioms that are going to be thrown around. If you're having that bad of a day and just need to chill, just leave the mic off and chill, draw a bubble bath, or go for a walk.
This is just an online thing. I'm really lazy. This admin thing is more to the all-stars like speaker and Sam (mostly speaker) who go through profiles and kick people with vac bans/hacking. I liked those days when that was our biggest concern. It's an easy fix.
I hope everyone has a good day (whenever you're reading this) and concludes the goal of giving one person a compliment. You never know what someone is going through, so that one compliment could change their day. Bettering ourselves 1% each day makes us over three and a half times better than when we started a year ago. A 1% effort is not hard to do.

Zappy--

Hey, it's me: Spec. You know me with the PP-Bizon/Bizon-Heroes/Sam loves dolphins. It's okay, Sam. Spec still loves you like a brother even if you are a known zoophile. Jk, kinda. Anywho. Where was I? Oh yeah, hackers.

This announcement is one part request and another...a huge thank you to Cereal_Killer. You rock, dude. I haven't seen a member kick another for hacking in a while. You did, though.

I posted about this a WHILE ago when I kicked more people from Zappy then I ever have from any steam-group as an admin (I admin for...too many big groups to do this anymore). ALWAYS LOOK FOR GAME AND VAC BANS ON NEW MEMBER PROFILES/IF YOU INVITE A HACKER SPEC WILL CRY.

TL;DR--if you are an admin in this group, Sam has given you permission to *kick people with game or vac bans* from this group. Don't go drunk on power, though. It has happened before.

You don't need to notify him/me/any other admin but point is, you may find like 12 folks with vac bans like I did a few months ago and if you do, just make an announcement about it if you're worried. Actually no, definitely make an announcement because I was bored and went through Zappy and was like 'oh I wonder if Cereal kicked that dude for hacking' AND HE DID. MY MAN.

To end, I ask all admins to do what Cereal Killer did which, is the following occasionally (Sam does ask for this too but he's not so good at the whole 'writing grammatically well' or for an audience thing [we all have our strengths, friends; Sam's is intimate knowledge of the dolphin-anatomy]):

STEP 1: Click on Manage Group Members in the Admin Tools.
STEP 2: Click through steam profiles/pay attention to when people change names because uh, it's a common thing to do when one gets caught red-handed floor-hacking, for example. Look for a game or vac ban near the pfp.
STEP 3: KICK THEM IF THEY HAVE A GAME OR VAC BAN BECAUSE THERE IS A 95-98% CHANCE IT IS FROM CS:GO. That's all.

Seriously, uh, it's *extremely* rare to get a game or vac ban from anything *except* CS:GO even though VAC is used by roughly 100 games/game bans are about 90-95% CS:GO, though (this is actually changing because of Battlebit?). I digress.
