Try checking server list aroud 9-10 a.m to 2 p.m. over weekends. This is all I know. Just check. It is always the same time Sunday. Overwatch DEV is on Saturday.

The play time events are at 4:00 on sunday for normal overwatch

I have been on the overwatch on the weekends but the servers are with no one

They do play it. Only on weekends

Nobody even plays overwatch anymore. So the events are pointless
