What is DayZ? DayZ first started out as a free Zombie Apocalyptic Simulator Mod of ArmA II combined with ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead in early 2012. DayZ has been a huge hit ever since the release of the mod. On Decemeber 16th 2013, Bohemia Interactive released the DayZ Standalone which is a steam game that allows you to buy DayZ without ArmA II. Basically DayZ is a Zombie Apocalyptic Simulator in which you have to survive against zombies and other players. It consists of you spawning in a random place on the map (Chernarus) with no sense of direction with nothing but a flashlight. You can find guns in various towns, cities and airfields.

Picking up DayZ today could possibly be one of the best gaming decisions you can make in your lifetime. DayZ is by far one of the funnest games to play with a group of friends. Now, the the question is We Love DayZ, Do You?
