What is the 82nd Motorized Infantry Division?:

The 82nd is a Mil-Sim unit that tasks itself with providing a well educated and exciting experience of being a part of a German Wehrmacht Division fighting on the eastern front.

How old is the 82nd?:

The 82nd is only about a few weeks old, though new, we are trying hard to provide an enjoyable experience by constantly testing the boundaries of what we can and can't perform.

Does the 82nd Have a Teamspeak?:

While the 82nd doesn't have a teamspeak at this time, if have one would help us communicate with our potential playerbase, then a teamspeak we shall get.

How can I join the 82nd?:

What exactly would I be doing in the 82nd?:

The 82nd Motorised is a fast attack, vehicle based unit which combines mounted infantry with a small armor detachment alongside Luftwaffe airsupport in order to secure and defend objectives in order to enable the swift defeat of Germany's enemies.

Alright, but what would I be doing contribution wise?:

Upon the completion of Basic Training, which at the current time is something that can be done at anytime, recruits will be bumped up to the basic Wehrmacht Private rank of Schutze and allowed to pick a qualification. These can vary and placement could be denied if too many recruits already fill said position. The current positions available to Recruits are:

Rifleman - Basic bread and butter role, occupies a majority of the squad make up.

Assistant Machine Gunner - Basically a Rifleman who carries a rucksack with additional ammunition for the Machine Gunner.

Machine Gunner - Equipped with an MG42, the main firesupport element of any squad.

AT Specialist - Allowed to operate the Panzershreck Anti-Tank weapon, the AT Specialist plays a large role in offensive squad operations.

Medical Combat Specialist - A Complex name for a Combat medic, your role is paramount to the squads well being, keeping your comrades alive and extracting heavily wounded individuals from the battlefield.
