"During the June - July 1944 Soviet offensive against Army Group Centre, Operation Bagration, the division was assigned to defend the main Moscow - Minsk road and the town of Orsha. During the fighting the division was destroyed, having failed to break out of an encirclement east of Minsk on the night of 5/6 July. Surviving elements were taken over by the 565th Volksgrenadier Division.

Later that month, the division was reconstituted as the 78th Grenadier Division, by renaming the 543rd Volksgrenadier Division then in the process of forming. In October 1944 it was renamed as 78th Volksgrenadier Division"

Same Server rules as before:
Ingame rules:

1.

Be friendly and polite at all times. Insulting fellow members will result in a kick, and if you repeat your offence, you will be banned/permabanned depending on your server history.

2.

Hackers will be permabanned, and we do have your steam id. Be warned.

3.

Recruiting for another clan will result in warning/kick/ban/permaban and reported to your clan leader

4.

Text-Chat spam will incur a warning, followed by you being gagged for a few minutes. If you continue after you got ungagged, you will be kicked/banned. Further disruption will incur a last warning, and then a permaban.

5.

Disrespect of officers will result in a kick/ban/permaban depending on the severity of the offence.

6.

Disrespect of admins for reasons behind imposed sanctions and/or level changes, and any other decisions, will result in a ban or a permaban depending on the severity of the offence.

Extra info:
If you are inactive for 1 week, meaning: Not telling us you are going away/showing up, just vanishing etc etc. Then you will be kicked out
