Introduction:
The 74th Armada Company is a well organised and well drilled Outfit in the Terran Republic on the Cobalt server. The company is focused on all sorts of tactics on both large and small scale. Under command of the former 41st Mobile Reconnaissance Corps commander, the 74th Armada Company is one of the most disciplined and well organised Terran Republic Outfits currently operating on Auraxis. The Outfit also has its own 'Marine Commando' program that allows them to be more tactical and flexible on the battlefield. Joining requires discipline and dedication as we want our members to be active souls because dead souls can't fight.

History:
In its origins the 74th Armada Company was part of the 41st Mobile Reconnaissance Corps at that time known as 'First Company'. The Company was consitant of Recon Troopers and some Advanced Recon Commando's that were also known as ARC Troopers. Two months after the reörganisation of the 41st (2849-2850), First Company became a Outfit of their own that is now known as the 74th Armada Company. The name is based of the Spanish Armada back on Earth in the year 1588 during the Spanish-English war (1585-1604). The company is led by Commander Conrad, a former ARC and officer of the 41st and Lieutenant Commander Edersa.

Introducing the Marine Commando Initiative
The Marine Commando Initiative (MCI) is an idea based on making our Marine Commandos a fully self functioning machine on the battlefield with the intent to operate inside of our Platoons independently performing the more critical objectives. Only the best of the best Marines in the 74th will be part of this group.

The MCI will exist out of a series of trainings focused on how to be as effective as possible on the field, even when he or she is operating alone they will need to be ready for all sorts of scenarios.

The main priority of this initiative is to make our Marine Commandos able to work independently, this means that they will make their own plans but can also be used by the Platoon leader for specific objectives.

Anything from destroying Sunderers, pre-capturing and prepairing a facility, setting up routers, infiltrating facilities by hacking turrets and terminals, making sure that Sunderers are in position/deployed and many more will be top priority of our Marine Commandos.

Marine Commandos will however have a qualified Officer in charge of the Squad most of the time to ensure everything goes well but also to report back to Edersa and Me to evaluate their actions.

Outfit Update 29-11-2018

Alright Marines a quick Outfit update, because we are constandly swinging against our max member cap 150, we decided to change our inactivity policy from 1 month to 3 weeks. Now Edersa is back to give me a hand in recruitment the 74th will grow twice as fast and because we don’t want to go over 150 people we had no other option than lowering our inactivity policy.

This of course doesn’t apply to Marines with a reason of inactivity, commandos and officers. We like to keep our Outfit active and dedicated, the only way for us to do that is to stimulate new Outfit members to keep playing the game with passion like we do and to help you become a top class Marine that all our enemies can fear!
