6th Airborne Division Official Steam Group

The 6th Airborne is a realism unit based in ArmA 2 Combined Operations, we emulate modern British paratroopers in realistic operations in ArmA 2. To aid in realism we use modifications such as Advanced Combat Environment (ACE) and Advanced Radio Combat Radio Environment (ACRE) as well as 3rd party modifications adding British weapons and vehicles.

As a realism unit the 6th AB has a stringent rank structure based on modern British and NATO ranks, we also employ modern tactics, formations and combat techniques including NATO communication protocols for fire missions, CAS and general communication.

If you would like to join the 6th Airborne you will need to be...

- Over 16 years of age (we do however allow 15 year olds who show maturity)
- A working microphone
- Own both ArmA 2 and ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead. We also advise you own the British DLC for ArmA 2 but it is not essential.
- Be able to attend two 2+ Hour trainings a week as well as remain active on our forums, keeping up to date with discussions, operations and unit updates.
- Dedication and punctuality
- Maturity and politeness
