Is HL2RP dying out?

Basically as far as I know HL2RP is slowly dying out as a gamemode and this fact makes me a little bit sentimental over the old CG and I have long been very tempted to remake it again but I would only do so if people would be up for it and so I see that there are still people in this group and if any of you would like to use a new HL2RP community I would appreciate any feedback.

What do you think, would you play on the server if I made one?

Say anything you want, all feedback is welcomed, I am simply trying to find out what people think, HL2RP and FalloutRP are both options, or no server at all, I would love to hear your opinion so please reply if you feel like doing so.
