RP Buddies

Basically a simple Naruto RPing group between buddies.

~Group Rules and Other Information~

1.During Roleplaying events, don't sit around in the chat. you can crack
some jokes in OOC but don't let it be all you do.

2. All Dojutsu (Sharingan, Byakugan) are limited until jounin level to stop them from getting extremely overpowered before proper character development is made. All Sharingan are limited to one Tomoe in both eyes (due to the slaughter), and Byakugan is limited to Trigram 32-Palms.

3.All characters must start off as Genin, in Konoha, and advance from there. You are allowed to pick three non-Dojutsu/Kekkei-Genkai jutsu when making your app that must be approved by the creator or an admin. If your story gives you a reason why you might have been taught more Jutsu, you may have those jutsu.

4. Do not be that guy who's overpowered and blocks every single attack. Don't be overpowered because it's incredibly annoying.

5. You must submit a Character Application to be approved by the admins, or the creator. If they comment that you need to change something, change it or we'll change it for you.

6. Don't settle arguments in the main chat, settle them in a PM. And keep it civil, we're all here to have fun. There's no need to be a bully.

7. Any encounters will be settled by an Admin, and NPC's will be controlled by moderators and admins.

8. Simply don't attempt to kill eachother all the time.

9. You cannot learn a Jutsu by out-of-RP means unless an admin instructs you as such. Training with intensity and reading books constantly in RP might be grounds for learning a new technique, however it must still be approved.

10. Custom Clans and Jutsu are allowed, but must be approved and must have a description of their possible Kekkei-Genkai, and their past and history.
