REBIRTH OF 69LOL

A long time ago, back in the age of 20X5, a manlady and his/her silly-haired dog came upon a legendary scroll. This scroll read:

"YOU WILL ♥♥♥♥-ETH BRICKS, WHEN YOU SEE THE CONNECTION."

The only other contents of the paper was simply the number 69. The manlady pondered for all of 10 seconds over this number, and quaintly uttered, "69lol." The dog probably did something awesome too, but then some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ red guy became a Jr. Master, and everyone got kicked from the guild.
