100% Orange Juice in 5 seconds per turn!

In this group, we will play 100% Orange Juice in 5 seconds per turn! Have you ever had a player that took 30 seconds just to roll the dice? In this group, you won't even have to wait five seconds! This is for 100% Orange Juice players in a hurry!

Playing with the five second rule

- The game will be played at speed 4 (super fast) and with a 30 second turn timer

- Each user action should not take longer than 5 seconds

- For your own actions and decisions - do not take more than 5 seconds

What does this accomplish?

- Games will be FAST and that means more oranges for everyone

- There's no need to AFK while waiting for players!

Guidelines

- Don't worry about making mistakes - after all, you only have 5 seconds!

- Think quickly

- If you don't think you can make a good move in 5 seconds, trust your instinct!

- Playing the game with the "Reduced Clicks" option enabled will make this rule set considerably easier

NOTE: If someone consistently takes longer than 5 seconds, remind them about the rule! If the person does not listen and continually offends this rule severely, do not be afraid to kick the user from the game when possible.

Aside from that, play each turn in 5 seconds, and have fun!

100% Orange Juice releases turn timers!

Recently, 100% Orange Juice has released turn timers! This can limit the maximum time one has to wait from the previous 60 seconds to either 90, 60, or 30 seconds.

Naturally, this is good news for us as 30 seconds is half what we have to wait instead of 60 seconds! It's closer to 5 seconds per turn and, if we cannot enforce our rules properly, provides a fail-safe so we don't have to wait as long.

While 30 seconds isn't 5 seconds, it's much closer to our rules. As such, we expect any 5 second rule-abiding games to use the 30 second turn timer, or less of one comes available, as a fail-safe.

This is a major win for us! Even though it does not let us make 5 second turn timers yet, 30 seconds is much shorter than it was before!
