Overview of the Unit

Hello and welcome to Task Force Spearhead, We are an Arma 3 Military Simulation Unit, That is fictional unit but operates on realistic measures. We strive to achieve high levels of realism.


TF-Spearhead Offers the chance to participate in highly realistic and enjoyable operations and trainings. Within the our unit there are a few different roles that you will be able to take part in.

• Operator (AT, Communications, Sniper/Marksman).
  
• Medic
  
• Pilots (Has different requirements, talk to a recruiter about this option).

At TF-Spearhead we have a basic and advanced training course that every member must go through. We also offer Specialized Qualifications such as Medics, AT, Radio Communications.


At TF-Spearhead we have a Promotion System that will ensure that only the best of the best are apart of the leadership at our unit. To be promoted you must have a minimum number of promotion points. You can get promotion points for many different things such as attending different operations and trainings, going above and beyond in your duties and anything that stands out. This is at the discretion of the task force’s command.


It’s simple just go to our recruitment page on our website, and fill out your recruitment paperwork. Once you fill out your recruitment paperwork then you will be contacted by a recruiter and he will then give you all the information you will need to join our unit.
