This is our ranking structure
- Colonel (Col) -
Regimental Leader, dictatoral head of the regiment and has final say in all manners concerning it within its bounds.

- Lieutenant Colonel (LtCol) -
Second in Command, has all Colonel level powers at his disposal when the Colonel is absent. Often viewed as an equal to the Colonel but doesnt have the administrative power.

- Major (Maj) -
Tertiary Command (Minor Leadership of main line), the Major is used to fill a crucial sergeant like position in the main line, often engaging with members where the Colonel and LtCol can not. Lacks the administrative decision power of both higher ranks.

- Captain (Capt) -
Detatchment Commander, all detatchements (Cavalry, Rifles) are led by a Captain (main line does not include a Captain as this role is filled by all three higher ranks). Captains exercise Colonel-like powers over their individual detatchments whilst still being accountable to the Colonel and LtCol.

- Warrant Officer Class 1 (WO1) -

- Lance Corporal (LCpl) -
Most skilled and discpilined regular soldiers, often the vanguard and the best shots of the regular line companies.

- Private 1st-3rd Class/Regular (Rgl) -
The Regular Soldier, armed with the most regular weaponry, these men make up the large bulk of regular forces of the line.

- Private 4th Class/Junior (Pte) -
The newest and least experienced members of the regiment.

- Drill Sergeant (DSgt) -
A ceremonial rank by trade, but one that is sorely needed on the field, the Drill Sergeant is in charge of all matters of discipline within the Regiment. From those speaking out of turn to straight mutiny, the Drill Sergeant is rightly feared.
