Leader leads this Squad in a different type of fighting doctrine then just a regular infantry squad. *Requires NCO or Leader Role
Demolitions carries explosives behind enemy lines to either sabatoge them or stall an assault.*Requires explosives such as mines, bazookas, or any anti-tank weapons.
Machinegunner suppresses enemies with ususally a "Light" or "Heavy" machinegun. *Requires a light machinegun in order to suppress.
Rifleman are usually used in somewhat support roles but are the backbone of any squadron. *Requires any type of rifle.
Support are just usually any type of assault soldier meant for supporting teamates and shooting like hell at the enemy. *Requires Rifles,Carbines,Automatic Weapons, Grenades or any explosive.
Snipers are usually any type of marksman ready to challenge the skill of a rifle to test at the enemy. *Requires the M1903 with a scope or atleast a M1 Garand with a scope.
Scouts are just some what infantry that scout nearby areas such as houses. They can be accompanied by an rifleman or support. *Requires anything.
Engineers as said are usually used to maintain vehicles, repair, and can carry explosives. *Requires wrench, demolitons, maybe a brain?

As said this is a Special Operations Team and require a lot of teamwork, communictation, and effort. A quick summary of what we do, we sneak behind their lines and sabotage or pinpoint weaknesses, pick them off, and take unlikely routes no one will ever take. (So Trust Me On This)
One more thing you can occupy two slots if you want, but cant be combined like machinegunner and rifleman.
