About Us

The 3rd MRB was founded originally in 2017 and briefly shut down until Late 2020.
The 3rd MRB was founded with the goal of providing a fun, realistic, ArmA 3 experience utilizing real-world tactics, SOPs, communications, and organization. An emphasis is placed on realistic training objectives and operations. To accomplish our objective of providing an immersive and professional environment, we hold ranks and members are expected to role-play their specific positions when in-game.

With that said, we are not a "hardcore" realism unit. Do not expect to be yelled at in Boot Camp, or have to salute or address officers as "Sir". Our ultimate goal is to find that perfect balance between realism and fun, with fun being the priority. We try to use the latest and most realistic mods. We pride ourselves on being transparent with our members, with all members having the ability to have a say in the direction and decisions of the unit.
Additionally, we realize that our members have real life responsibilities and may not be able to attend every event. We have a Reserves option for these individuals who may attend unit events when they are able to.
