Gents,

So we have been having the debate on whether to switch to being a WW2 unit, or to remain as the 3LIR. It seems after receiving a majority of the unit's opinions, we will be making the transition to WW2. This will result in some changes to the unit, and I will be working over these in the coming days, including the modlist and name changes. Up front, these changes will require some additional training for unit members to get up to speed on new procedures and mod features. As this is a big change, I would ask that each of you confirm with me individually on steam that you will be staying to participate in this WW2 unit, or that you decide to leave (there is no harm if you think this isn't for you and don't want to try it). For those of you that stay, I will discuss with you individually on your new positions then. I will also send you a steam group invitation for those of you who tell me you will stay.

We will be the 502nd Parachute Infantry Regiment of the US Army's 101st Airborne Division.
