The 30th Light Dragoons was formed by several disgruntled Mount & Blade: Napoleonic Wars players after having some terrible experiences with regiments. Enlisted men in regiments have had to put up with the oppressive rule of condescending officers for far too long. While any organization, especially a Mount & Blade: Napoleonic Wars regiment, needs leaders, the leaders of an organization should put the interests of their members before their own.
