This group was created to include Public Players who are interested in being involved with the 2nd Rangers Battalion [2RB]. The primary reasons include the following: The Public Player was interested in joining the unit but could not commit to the unit requirements. The Public Player likes to have a semi structured organized gaming experience but does not want to commit to a unit. Lastly, this page was created to create a community that is structured, yet relaxed, gamer friendly and open to those who wish to have an effective team play experience. Our unit sponsors, and host, public nights in Post Scriptum and Rising Storm 2 While we also await Hell Let Loose. We also provide Combat Training nights for those who would like a trial experience with a realism group while learning, tips and tricks, about the gameplay.



What makes us unique is that we are more than a group or a realism unit; we are a community. We do not restrict ourselves to just Red Orchestra2/Rising Storm and Day of Infamy, we also play many other games, such as Squad, Vermintide 2, COD, or whatever's in our libraries. Even if you're not looking to play, the 2RB is a great place to talk and make friends. So, whether you're looking for the full unit experience as a member, or just a community as a Public Player, the 2RB has you covered.
