Long live the Rankers!

A group made by KGL rankers, for rankers, this group exists to ensure fair treatment of Ex KGL Rankers and NCO's and to safeguard them from CO's, regimental politics, detachmentism and unfair treatment.

All Members are administrators, without exception (in a truly representative group all comrades must be represented and thus capable of letting their voice be heard) and the only requirements to join are:

[1] To be a ranker or NCO in the second.
[2] To not be a CO in the second.

The KGU has no rank structure or permanent leaders, instead an interim representative is voted into power by members every 3 months to be the representative of the KGU. Every three months, starting October the 1st, a KGU interim representative will be elected. Every KGU member will get one vote. Every member of the KGU can nominate themselves to take part in the election.
