Making perks more viable for the sake of balance.

This group is all about a reworked versus in a 2v2 scenario. It's basicly a "what if tripwire actually did the rework on the mode as promised and done right". Tired of someone joining and getting the boss at the last second? Not an issue anymore. Tired of seeing only firebugs, zerks and medics all the time? Well now a lot more perks are more viable. Tired of seeing medics wield doors constantly and having infinite nades from ammo boxes? Not a problem anymore. Fed up with the 3-4 player sirens at once or how helpless you are when the siren traps you? Not an issue anymore.

By joining this group, we can get a much better VS Survival experience that tripwire failed to deliver to us in the first place. A better experience because we deserve better.
