Dividium: New Union Leadership

As some of you may know. I (Dividium) have taken command of the Universal Union.

For one, I am not a fan of firestorms so if you re-apply for Civil Protection then you will keep your current ranks.
If you do not re-apply then you will be removed.

I am also changing the structure of the Universal Union to something simpler and more constructive towards passive roleplay. So I will post a full break down of what is to come and what is happening in the near future.
