I've got myself sometime to make this one so here we go:
Stats:
Under its effect every kill whit your minigun gives you 2s crits for 15 seconds, after that you're marked for death
-33% slower build rate
-While under effect damage taken is incresed by 25%

I think its fair and balanced even though this can hadle a match if used corectly, abusing the locker and more can make someone very important and push the match whit a pocket medic.

Im looking for someone to write the desc and the name

The stats of the sandwhich are the follow:
-Gives you only 50 health while you eat it
+Regen 66% faster
+If you drop it to a friendly player its a big medkit
-/+If you drop it to a enemy its a small medkit
