Name, Superhero Mod

I might spend a ton of time making an sh mod, and only if i get a guarantee of about at least 9 people on the server. In addtion, this time not all my friends will be admin, only those i decide trustworthy and are good at cs. (only about 1-3 admins until more people join) The server won't be 24/7 b/c my internet sometimes dies after like 6 hours of keeping my computer on. But i will try to maintain a 24/7 server, but only if a guarantee of people would join.
