Operation Dates/Times

Gentlemen,
I want to open up for discussion operation times for our missions. I had hoped to run things at the usual mission time of Sundays at 8pm however I've gotten a few nudges about it perhaps being earlier to accommodate people in other time zones. Thoughts?
