I dont know how many people already know about this mod, but I gonna put it out there anyway, Its The Hidden of course if you dont read the title. The Hidden is a pretty good mod and have a decent community but its kinna dwindled over the time. the game goes like this, (Mission Briefing : Hunt down an invisible enemy.The Infinitum Research Intercept Squad (I.R.I.S.) is on the hunt for a fugitive, the subject of a secret genetic experiment, who is known only as Subject 617. The Good News : The IRIS team is well trained, well armed and co-ordinated.The Bad News : The genetic manipulation has given Subject 617 enhanced speed, mobility and incredible strength - he can pounce like a tiger, cling to any surface and is known to pin victims up for feeding. Worst of all, the experiments have rendered him nearly invisible to the human eye. This is why he is simply known as ... The Hidden). Thats about it, a bunch of iris soldier vs one incredibly strong and invisible experiment gone wrong. So to help it im gonna show you how to acquired it. Because its a half-life 2 mod it requires you to buy the half-life 2 game so it can be run on its source engine, but im gonna show you a trick so we dont dont need tu buy a half-life 2 game to run it.

Instructions:

1. Go to tools section on library and find source sdk, source sdk base 2006 and download it, if you want, you can also download source sdk base 2007 just to make sure if you encounted any problems.

2.Go to The Hidden Source official website http://www.hidden-source.com/ and go to the download page and download beta 4b client installer and install the mod, I recommend download on ModDB cause its more reliable.

3.In the download page on the Hidden Source website below the 4b client installer link, there's a beta 4b client update that you need to download also and then install it.

4.After you done all of that, open steam and it will be on the games list on the library, name Hidden: Source Beta 4b.
