We represent 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division of the US Army. We utilize a rank and command structure used by the Army to provide an organized unit that puts focus on tactics, teamwork and ultimately, realism. We strive to provide members with a great experience while incorporating the element of roleplay for added immersion. Closing Our Doors

All, I just wanted to wrap up what is happening for those that may not have been to the meeting but may still care. I realize that those who were at the event were for the most part the people who care about the unit's fate but I wanted it to be public for anyone else.

1-32 Infantry has shut its doors after 2 years of operation because there had not been a lot of forward progress in the past few months and although operations had been better than ever before, there still wasn't much involvement from the command staff, and the recruitment effort was not great.

The staff failed to come together and put in the required effort to make the group more than a casual milsim, which it did a fine job at. However, I have a different vision from what I'd like to see in a unit and I felt that I couldn't continue on the path it was on because I was not satisfied and my enjoyment for the events was not what it was at our peak.

I can't say thank you enough to everyone that has ever been a part of this unit new and old, as you all are the reason it kept going through all the tough times where most groups would have called it quits. I also can't say sorry enough that it didn't work out, especially for those of you who were newer and didn't have a chance to experience the unit for what it once was.

I just want you all to know that this wasn't any one person's fault and it was not because I just gave up on milsim or lost interest. That's not the case at all.

In closing, I hope to still be able to communicate with all of you in the future and hope that some of you would consider joining myself and a few others as we move to a casual PvP group called Centaur 13, led by the leader of Friday Night Fight, an event we frequent on a weekly basis. If you think you'd be interested, reach out and I can give you information. This isn't the end of my time with Arma or milsim, but until I can find people who share a similar vision, I won't be joining or creating another unit.
