Looks like the person who stole Toxy's account has also stolen HisJ's account. Watch out for any friends sending msg's about voting for a csgo team. Here's a link to what it looks like.

Toxy's Account Hijacked

If you get a msg from Toxy to vote for a friends CS team for some tourney, don't. It's a hacked site that will move your Steam Authenticator to a different phone in an attempt to hijack your account.

I suspect his account got hijacked and msgs are being sent to all the friends on his list.
